Ben Allal & Co. was founded to share the food tradition and culture we have at home with the rest of the world. Moroccan’s have tea all day long, during business, with family & loved ones, even with strangers. Moroccan Atay is essential in daily life in Morocco; we wanted to share that with the rest of the world. It’s not just tea, it’s a feeling and a moment to pause.

Our line of coffee drinks is meant to replicate that feeling to pause and enjoy a cup of coffee. Because in Morocco, Atay and coffee are usually served with something sweet, we incorporated pralines from our mixed heritage. Our goal with Ben Allal is to share the food culture we were raised in with the rest of the world.
